- Once it is 15 minutes past your appointment, I will ask you to reschedule your appointment.
- Please communicate with me if you are going to be late or if you have to cancel. I do understand things come up. Communication is key!
- I do not charge a cancellation fee but if you do no-call, no-show then you will not be allowed to book with me again.
